Reiser's Vemag Aeromat is a combined hot smoking and cooking system for meat products. Temperatures can be controlled within a range between 10° C above ambient temperatures and 95°C with redding, drying, smoking and cooking cycles completely controlled.
Vemag's unique air circulation system with two sets of injection ducts and one return duct ensures uniform temperatures and air flow. This ensures a uniformly cooked product with constant core temperatures and standardized smoked color.
In the standard Aeromat smokehouse, air is circulated 12 times per minute with a specially design circulating fan. A specially designed mixing chamber enables you to combine low temperature and high temperature air, smoke and low pressure steam so that the product in the Aeromat smokehouse can be perfectly processed.
Vemag's micromat control system can store up to 50 programs resulting in unparalleled batch to batch uniformity.
The Vemag Aeromat Smokehouse is completely constructed of stainless steel and can be easily cleaned.
