Our sheep casings are the highest quality small diameter casing for your finest sausages and franks. Available in a diameter range from 16mm to 30mm in two grades - fine emulsion grade and coarse emulsion grade. Uniform casing diameters with long strands to speed up production lowering your cost.
PACKAGING: Salted - dry casing covered with salt. Net packed - from 2-5 hanks packed together in one plastic net for easy handling. Preflushed - Individually packed in brine to ensure maximum pliability and ease of handling, ready to use. Tubed -strands of casing shirred on plastic tubes to end tangling and packed in salt and brine for fastest production and convenience.
