Prime Sales & Service, Inc. was started May 1, 1993. Our primary function is the rebuilding of Formax patty machines, either for resale or as a service to our customers. Also field service repairs. We will inventory Formax parts and paper for Formax machines.

The two principals of our company are Mark Fisher and George Nickell.

Mark was the West Coast service manager for Formax for over 18 years. Mark has an excellent reputation and is considered an expert in the field of patty forming machines.

George has been in the food processing equipment for 40 years, specializing in large ground beef systems.

Prime Sales & Service, Inc. is also affiliated with Prime Equipment Co. of Calif. Started in 1988 - owned by George Nickell. P.E.C. sells all types of used processing equipment from a single piece to a complete line. P.S. & S. is the exclusive rebuilder of their equipment.

Prime Sales & Service, Inc. is also a major manufacturer of new meat processing equipment: vacuum tumblers, viserating tables, screw conveyors, blenders (vacc.) (coz) (open), vat dumpers, patty stackers, buggy dumpers and special application conveyors, & equipment, turn key systems, & prototype equip.

Paul Baldridge is in charge of our manufacturing division. Paul has been building and designing this equipment for 17 years and enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry.
