Patty Formers

The Bridge Food Moulders are designed for the inline production of formed product. These multiple cavity formers will handle a wide variety of products. They are designed to run with todays batter and breaders, cookers and inline IQF freezers. Patty production from 6000 to 24,000 PCs. per hour.

The Accupat Food Shapers offer the food service operator an economical table-top former for the production of patties or meat balls. Fluffy home-style patties are gently formed. Larger floor model Accupats offer high production of perforated, papered and stacked home-made style patties. Patty production from 1200 to 6000 PCs. per hour.

The Accuform Food Former is able to handle soft or delicate products and be able to maintain their formed shape. This is a drum type former with a papering attachment. Max. patty production 2700.

The Bridge Rotary Portion Former is used for the high production of formed fish cakes and formed fish sticks. They are designed to run inline with todays batter and breaders, cookers and IQF freezers.
