New Sausage Metal Detector From METTLER TOLEDO Safeline

HDSPipeline1

Tampa, FL - Mettler-Toledo Safeline, Inc., a leader in metal detection and x-ray inspection equipment, introduces its new HDS (Heavy Duty Sausage) Pipeline metal detector, which offers unparalleled sensitivity to all metal types for the sausage industry.

The HDS Pipeline system is designed for full integration with leading vacuum filler machines and other process equipment. A single vertical gas strut makes the height of the detector head easy to adjust and large castors provide maximum mobility.

Safeline's patented ICF (Internal Cancellation Field) technology allows for a shorter throughput pipe which reduces product creaming and also results in a compact system that easily fits in restricted spaces.

The system's user-intuitive color touch screen interface offers simple set-up routines and maximum inspection process control, and Ethernet connectivity allows for remote management and monitoring.

The HDS Pipeline has a stainless steel finish and is sealed to IP69K standards for withstanding the high temperature, high washdown environment of the meat industry. A wide range of accessories are available to suit and support leading vacuum filler machines, such as throughput tubes, reject valves, and twister extension shafts.

The HDS Pipeline design can be configured to suit continuous, twister, or clipper sausage applications.
Like all Safeline products, the new HDS Pipeline metal detector is backed by the most comprehensive service network in the industry as well as 24/7 technical telephone support.
