Maintains stable refrigeration system discharge pressure by providing automatic cycling of the fans and water pumps of evaporative
Maintains stable refrigeration system discharge pressure by providing automatic cycling of the fans and water pumps of evaporative or air cooled condensers. Many other features are provided to compliment and enhance this control. Controls up to 32 devices
single speed fans
double speed fans
water pumps
variable speed fans (maximum of four analog outputs)
One panel can control two separate discharge levels
Discharge pressure setpoint can be "fixed" by operator entry or "floating" based on ambient wet-bulb temperature
Control "steps" are incremented when the pressure exceeds the setpoint by a "next step" pressure differential (steps are decremented by a "previous step" differential)
A condenser setup matrix allows the operator to select and change the following at anytime:
the run status for each device at each step. Entries include stop/run, stop/high/low (for double-speed fans), or stop/auto/hold (for VDF's)
the "soak" time for each step
the next and previous step delay time for each step
the high-to-low spin down time for double speed fans
the proportional, integral, and derivative constants for variable speed fans
The condenser setup matrix allows for:
an infinite combination of device starting sequences
multiple devices to be started or stopped on the same step
manual override of automatic stepping via hold, load "one step" or unload "one step push buttons
Run inputs can be configured to monitor auxiliary starter contacts
Run time recorded for each device
