Kerry Ingredients acquires Creative Seasonings & Spices, Inc.

Kerry Ingredients announced today that it has acquired Creative Seasonings & Spices, Inc. of Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Creative Seasonings develops blends of seasonings into flavor systems for customer applications within the prepared foods, processed meats, snack foods, and dairy industries. Founded in 1993, the company has a proven track record, achieving double digit growth in each of the past three years.

Creative Seasonings operates within a 61,000 square foot facility in Sturtevant, just outside of Racine, WI. The company employs 37 people in operations, administration, and research and development.
