Specialized Case Conveyance
Intralox's award-winning Series 400 Activated Roller Belt™ features patented technology that has proven successful at improving productivity, eliminating unnecessary labor costs, and reducing operational expenses in a variety of case handling applications, including singulation, sortation, 90-degree transfers, and merging. Meat processors will experience benefits of increased operational efficiency by eliminating line stoppages and improving worker safety.

  • Intralox's SeamFree™ belts minimize debris-trapping areas, while the automated EZ Clean In Place (CIP) system provides maximum cleaning efficiency in the belt underside, sprockets, and shafts. When used with the Series 850 SeamFree™ Minimum Hinge Flat Top belt, the CIP and Angled EZ Clean Sprockets deliver water and cleaning time savings of as much as 65%, compared to manual cleaning. (Results vary by application and plant environment.)
  • Intralox's revolutionary line of spiral belting can cut product waste in half, eliminate metal wear debris, and reduce maintenance and downtime costs by up to 75%. Series 2600 Spiralox™ is available with a friction top surface for additional product alignment capability. Series 2700 Spiralox features smaller openings for conveying small food products.
