Hoyt Wire Cloth Products
Extremely tightly woven Oil-Tempered, #304 Stainless Steel and abrasion resistant ULTRATOUGH wire screens are available. Opening tolerances are more rigid than ASTM standards for woven wire screens. Available in opening sizes from 5/64" .063 wire diameter to 8" .750 wire diameter. Openings above 5/8" .192 diameter are produced in Hoyt's unique Smoothtop Construction for maximum wear life.
Oblong & Smoothtop Longslot Openings
"Free-flowing" Oblong & Smoothtop Longslots offer greater open area than square openings. The slot length can be adjusted depending on the application. Recommended where greater open area is needed or longer wear life is desired. Offered in opening sizes from 3/64" .063 diameter to 6" .750 diameter. Excellent choices for removing fines and de-sanding aggregate.
Veno Harp Screen
The strong flexible Veno Harp Screen provides accurate sizing while eliminating blinding in most screening applications. The alternating straight and crimped wires produce the vibration which creates the self cleaning effect on the screen surface. Custom manufactured to align the binding wires over the equipment support members. Available in opening sizes from 5/64" .054 diameter to 1/2" .120 diameter. Recommended where control of particle sizing and blinding conditions exist.
Veno II (V-2) Screen
An exciting new development for the removal of sticky fine material. High tension straight wires create a vibration on the screen surface, effectively removing undersize material where sizing is not the primary concern. It can be installed on side tensioned or end tensioned equipment with no modification required. Custom produced to match the binding wires over the equipment support members. Offered in opening sizes from 5/32" .054 diameter to 11/16" .105 diameter.
Hoytec Polyurethane Screening System
Abrasion resistant modular polyurethane tiles are atttached to a lightweight steel frame. The system can be installed with little or no equipment modification and partial deck installation is possible. The polyurethane tiles are easily changed with no special tools. The wear life of Hoytec Polyurethane exceeds conventional wire cloth screens by 10 to 20 times in many applications. Opening sizes from 3.5mm through 36mm are available. Hoytec is an excellent choice when washing and sizing fine aggregate. The complete system includes frames, tiles and side liners.
Hoyt Tension Wedge Assembly
Hoyt's Tension Wedge Assemblies are ideal for quick changing of wire cloth panels. Only a hammer is required to change the panels, eliminating the need for wrenches, torches and excessive labor. Available in a bolt diameter of 3/4" and bolt lengths of 4 3/4" and 6 5/16". The complete assembly includes tension wedge, tension bolt, spherical washer, snap and flat hardened washers. Available in stock for immediate shipment.
Hoyt Better Bucker-Up Channel Rubber
Hoyt Better Bucker-Up Rubber is installed on the longitudinal support bars and is an excellent aid in extending screen cloth life by preventing metal to metal contact. All natural rubber gives exceptional support for the screen cloth while firmly gripping the support bars. Stress relieved corners and a crowned surface assure long wear life. Available in sizes of 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4". Stocked for immediate shipment.
