AccuLift, Inc.t Model PALTZR palletizer maximizes line efficiencies and speeds by automatically dispensing pallets, slip-sheets, and tier sheets. This gantry-style palletizer runs three cases in interlocking patterns at speeds up to 35 cases/min.
Features include fewer moving parts resulting in less maintenance, a product turner, and two discharge stations that conveniently hold two full pallets while a third is being loaded. For optimum efficiency, an optional transfer car transports full pallets to warehouse conveyors.
