Fortifi Highlights Innovations For Protein Processors At ProPak Asia 2026

Provisur, Nothum and LIMA present technologies for meat-bone separation and breading

Companies within the Fortifi Food Processing Solutions (“Fortifi”) unified platform of leading global brands will demonstrate protein processing and breading innovations at ProPak Asia 2026 from June 10-13 in IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand. In separate booths within Challenger Hall 3, Provisur, Nothum and LIMA will demonstrate technology for meat-bone separation and multi-mode breading.

In Booth C3-AU28, attendees will experience Provisur’s STS Belt Separator, which maintains fiber integrity and structure with low temperature rise while it removes bone fragments and cartilage from fish and seafood. The unit’s simple operation includes patented automatic pressure control and easy HMI-designed onscreen storage of product recipes.

In Booth C3-AN78, Nothum will feature the SuperFlex four-in-one homestyle breading machine for consistent yields with flat, drum, tripleflip and handtoss modes. Its versatility enables processors to replace multiple machines with one efficient producer and achieve changeover in minutes.

In Booth C3-AQ04, Thailand-based distributor KW Global Technology Co., Ltd. will display the LIMA RM 170 S meat-bone separator, which produces high-quality mechanically separated meat (MSM) at yields of 40%-45% on pork back bones and neck bones, and up to 80%-85% on chicken carcasses. Its small-footprint design offers continuous operation with low energy consumption in an ergonomic configuration.
