Rotoclaw II Frozen Meat Breaker

Quiet, rugged, and dependable, the Rotoclaw II is built for years of trouble-free operation. The Rotoclaw II reduces hard frozen blocks with no aggravating noise. It's slow speed rotor produces chunks without destroying the texture of the product. Chunk size can be varied by using higher or lower spacers to satisfy most processing requirements.

The Rotoclaw II will handle frozen blocks up to 9 1/2" thick and 21" wide

Production rate varies from 6,000 to 15,000 lbs./hr. depending on desired chunk size. For high production, blocks can be stacked one on top of another using the built-in air operated loader.
