CANTON, Ga. (July 20, 2000) — Dapec's Smarte Flexible Cut-up System adds a new level of versatility and efficiency to cut-up operations. It provides top performance both in accuracy and quality of cuts.
Designed to offer more flexibility than other cut-up lines, the Smarte Flexible System can be run vertically, in a circular pattern or in standard horizontal lines. The system also allows direct rehang after chilling.

The Smarte Flexible Cut-up System can run on a 348 chain or logging chain, pipe track or T-track. It is compatible with all Systemate modules and can be retrofitted for existing machines. The system operates at speeds in excess of 80 birds per minute and is easy to maintain.

Modules can be placed at the most convenient location along the line, allowing for the line itself to be used as a means of conveyance or as a distribution center. Additionally, deboning or packaging can be added.
