Exact Equipment Corp.HL-100 Safe handling Bottom Labeler utilizes industrial robot technology combined with a stepping motor drive to automatically apply labels to the bottom of freshmeat packages. It can operate at speeds up to 50 packages per minute. The 10in. /dia. Label supply permits the use of inexpensive, high capacity label rolls of 4,000 – 7,000 labels per roll. The unit is also only 30in. long.
Labels can be up to 2.25in. wide, or as long as the customer desires. The labeler operates at either package orientation, either with the longest dimension across the conveyor, or with the longest dimension parallel to the conveyor. Both an audible and a visual alarm alert the operator when the unit is out of labels.
