DSI Waterjet Portioner

DSI Portioners analyze products using video cameras. An on-board computer determines the optimum portions to cut from the product using high pressure water jets.

Nothing comes close to the speed and accuracy of the DSI Portioner. DSI Portioners now include `Dimension Plus´ on 511, 512 and 624 models. Dimension Plus adds more flexibility to your cut strategies because the cutters move in two dimensions - across, and parallel to the product path. Other options include FRS, Feature Recognition System, which allows the Portioner to detect fat on meat and poultry, and then direct the cutters to accurately trim a predetermined amount of fat from the product.
