The PPI-200 accurately and consistently places a pre-programmed sheet of film, foil, or paper under a pizza crust at speeds up to 1100 dozen per hour per lane.
Once the interleaving sheet has been placed under the crust, it may be folded or wrapped around the product for ease of separation, sanitary handling, and with foil sheets, box to oven baking.
