ViskoTeepak Acquires Vista Packaging

As of June 27th 2014 ViskoTeepak has acquired Vista Packaging in the USA. Vista, a full‐line food packaging supplier to the United States meat and poultry industries, has its head office warehouse and converting facilities located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

For already 40 years Vista has been the exclusive converting, sales, and service representative in the U.S market for ViskoTeepak fibrous casings, primarily used for producing dry and semi dry sausages. Some years ago Vista started to serve the market with ViskoTepak Nova tubular plastic casings, used for deli meats, cooked sausages and dairy products. Last year the product portfolio was completed by Wienie‐Pak cellulose casings used for effective processing of frankfurters and hot dogs. Vista will continue to serve the market with Nippi edible collagen casings, Fibran non‐edible collagen products, pouches, bags, films and Alginate gel.
