Further benefits of the F•6® stem from fast changeovers and the capability to produce multiple product lines using the Tender-Form! and Verti-Form! filling and tooling systems. Tender-Form! patties cook faster, shrink less and have the natural texture of hand ground portions. The whole muscle portions produced by Verti-Form! look hand cut, but cost far less to produce. Both systems mine handling and improve food safety. The PLC Controlled F•6® is CE and USDA/FSIS approved.
