The handling of the materials used in any process is an important activity, particularly in the dairy, food and beverage industries, and, if managed poorly, can represent significant added costs. Precise Cutting and Conveying Systems designs and fabricates material handling systems that reduce product losses, increase production and lower labor rates. Their high quality equipment is fabricated from stainless steels to meet FDA and USDA guidelines for hygienic processing in the food and dairy industries. The sanitary belt conveyors, barrel clamps and cutting systems manufactured by PCCS have been widely accepted by the food industries, particularly for the production of cheese.

Who is PCCS?
Precise Cutting and Conveying Systems, LLC (Westfield, Wisconsin) was founded by Charles Johnson over twenty years ago. Charlie is an innovator and his concepts have led to the development of efficient, high quality materials handling equipment, particularly for the handling and cutting of cheese. Today, PCCS designs, fabricates and installs sanitary belt conveyors, barrel clamps and cutting systems, with carefully designed safety features and ergonomic work zones. These systems are fabricated using stainless steels with polished surfaces to meet the hygienic guidelines established by the FDA and USDA and can be easily disassembled for cleaning and inspection. Previously known as Reliable Cheese Cutting and Equipment, PCCS was recently acquired by A&B Process Systems (Stratford, Wisconsin), a company that is well known in the processing industries for expertise in the design and fabrication of stainless steel process equipment.
