The Tegra 7755 is a compact optical inspection system designed for processors with moderate production capacity requirements, improving the accuracy of defect removal. This fully functional advanced sorting system provides more consistent final product quality, resulting in increased yields and improved profit margins for processors.

The system features top and bottom trichomatic cameras that view product in-air from all sides as it is launched from a 0.75m-wide metal mesh catenary C-Belt. Field proven high color and size resolution imaging, object based processing, shape detection and intelligent ejection system maximize defect removal while minimizing the rejection of good product. The system allows processors to more closely match final product quality to product specifications.

The Intelli-Sirt object-based recognition capability allows processors to sort based on defect shape, as well as size and color of the product or defect. It makes previously difficult sorting problems simple, such as removal of defects of the same color as good product, including green bean stems and Parisian carrot sunburn.
