Angle Grinders

Risco USA0 and TR160 angle grinders are designed for sausage making and for grinding a full range of other products. The worm and housing are as short as possible and have a high level of finish to minimize the shear on the product. The large capacity feed hoppers are fitted with a bridge breaker bar and a variable speed infeed worm. Constructed in stainless steel, including the worm and housing, the machines are designed to provide a high quality grind with easy strip down and cleaning.

The TR130 and TR160 both come standard with a hopper safety lid and discharge safety hood. When fitted with the optional vertical loader for 200 pounds - CV110, or 400 pounds - CV210, the controls are mounted inside the existing control panel for ease of operation, and the standard lift bar automatically opens the hopper safety cover during the load cycle.

Other available options include a two-speed motor drive for the grinder worm and a gristle elimination system.
