GSA™ Series On-Line Analyzers
Download
The GSA series of On-Line gas stream analyzers are available for continuous and intermittent monitoring of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and other gas flushing operations. Six new models are available for the analysis of O2, CO2, and combination O2/CO2 concentration levels. An optional sampling device (patented) allows the new GSA units to directly sample the filling chamber in intermittent MAP packaging applications. The GSA units were specifically designed to ease the integration task for plant personnel, OEM's and value-added resellers by offering programmable logic controller (PLC), RS-232 and analog outputs. An optional feature on the GSA units allow for sampling of dual gas streams by one unit. These systems incorporate MOCON's exclusive FLO-SMART™ electronic flow sensing technology.
Six systems and many options allow for flexibility to fit your most demanding application
- On-line oxygen and/or carbon dioxide analyzers (six models see back page)
- For continuous or intermittent monitoring of modified atmosphere packaging and other gas flushing operations
- Optional sampling device can allow direct sampling of flushing chamber in intermittent packaging applications*
- Flo-Smart™Technology provides for automatic flow detection and validation
- RS-232 interface standard
- Non-depleting zirconium oxide solid state oxygen sensor
- Standard high/low alarms, user adjustable
- Automatic ranging
- Automatic self-test on power-up
- Programmable logic controller (PLC) inputs/outputs available
