Channelizers can solve many material handling issues when sorting or classifying is required. Products are directed or divided into as many as five lanes. Thermo Scientific channelizers are designed for trouble-free operation and easy integration.

Channel cartons, bags, bottles, cans, trays, boards and foods so that case packers, wrappers and freezers operate without overload.

Channelizers
PLC-based pattern-forming controls provide for balanced or unbalanced count to multiple lanes. Automatic lane switching controls handle surge or product back-up conditions.

Carrier Rejects
Carrier Rejects receive signals from inspection devices and separate products into as many as five lines based on weight classification or other product characteristics. This reject style is particularly useful when dealing with products such as ready-meals where spillage is a concern with conventional reject devices.

Available options include full washdown capability and a wide variety of options to ensure smooth product handling.

Three models of Channelizers and Carrier Rejects are available to serve Standard-Duty, Medium-Duty or Heavy-Duty line dividing needs.

Standard-Duty Unit
